Our client, a Legal 500-ranked boutique-style London firm, has given us direct instructions to seek a corporate associate to join their growing team.This role involves working on share buybacks, demergers, restructurings, and more. Candidates don’t necessarily need to have previous experience focusing on these areas, as the firm will provide training for the right candidate.The successful candidate will be England & Wales qualified with 3-6 years’ PQE.
