12 Month FTC - £55-65,0000 base salary.
Role:
They're seeking an ambitious CRM Manager passionate about putting the user first. You’ll prove crucial to developing cross-channel monetisation strategies and messaging that bring their product experience to life in a customer-first approach. You’ll drive adoption, usage and monetisation through email, push notifications, mobile (future) and in-product communications.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll be the delivery lead for their seasonal UK commercial exclusive campaigns, collaborating with key teams like Marketing, Commercial & Product.
- You’ll be an SME for 1-2 segments, understanding exactly what content and types of campaigns these users engage with.
- You’ll champion the customer and ensure their wants and needs are a voice in every meeting.
- You will need to be hands-on and delivery-focused, building high-performing and flawless emails, and playing an active role in knowledge sharing between CRM and product.
- Be a data and CRM champion - lead the development, planning and delivery of new enhancements with the current CRM and surrounding tech stack.
Skills:
- Experience in any CRM in a B2C digital business.
- Very comfortable working with large data sets (event level as well as in batch-loaded tables) to create audiences and drip campaigns.
- Basic HTML (for emails) working knowledge, being able to amend code from templates..
- Experience working with dynamic content and/or a personalisation system is needed.
- Experience working with customer audiences in a marketing cloud for segmentation (VERY KEY) and drip campaigns.
- Good analytical/data skills and proven track record of turning data into actionable insights for improving engagement and monetisation KPIs.
