The Manchester College is based at many sites across the city, each with its own specialist cutting edge facilities within a friendly and supportive environment. We are the largest FE College in the UK providing education and training to a wide range of learners. We are looking for a Property Assistant to join us at our Wythenshawe Campus on a permanent, full time (35 hours per week) basis. As directed by a Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader, open and close a range of buildings, carry out a wide range of caretaking duties ensuring a safe and healthy environment and be a point of contact for other staff members, in line with College policies & procedures. In order to do this role, you will need: Willing to work towards NVQ, or equivalent, in Caretaking Services, or similar. Experience of using a CAFM system.
