This role is of a true generalist nature and will support all MB team members across all areas of PCT including payroll, benefits, managing the employee engagement calendar and ensuring a best practice approach. Responsibilities:HR Admin: Support in preparation of UK and French contracts, offer letters, apply for references, right to work checks etc. HR Systems: Be an expert on our software packages, including ensuring data is kept up-to-date and provide reporting when required.Induction and Onboarding Process: Manage the induction process for all Head Office and Retail team members.Stakeholder Support: First point of contact for key touch points of employee life cycle process.Employee Engagement: Proactively drive the MB culture to ensure it is one of engagement with a highly motivated workforce. Employee Relations: Support in notetaking and any documentation when required.Wellbeing Programme: Support with implementation, coordination and booking of the activities calendar. CSR: Support the Manolo Blahnik CSR agenda with our chosen charities, as well as our fundraising and volunteering programmes. Benefits: Be an expert on MB benefit package. Administer benefits, including private healthcare, season ticket loans, eye test vouchers, flu jabs, gym membership etc.Milestones Policy: responsible for administering company milestones policy. Probation: Manage employee probation periods, advise where necessary, create and issue letters.Learning and Development: Support with coordination of training where necessary.Payroll: Work with our external Payroll Bureau to ensure all payroll related queries are answered in a timely manner. Prepare monthly payroll changes to send to the relevant bureau. Team Communication:Alongside the Senior People and Culture Advisor, responsible for answering queries in the PCT inbox and creating the monthly newsletter.HR Processes: Responsible for support in maintaining and improving PCT processes as and when required. Recruitment: Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with recruitment when required.Support the team in the delivery of the People & Culture strategy and subsequent projects.Maintain knowledge of industry trends and keep up to date on employment legislation changes ensuring these are reflected within MBIL PCT operations.Any other tasks as requested. Skills and Experience Required:Experience in HR, preferably within a luxury brand, to include exposure across the HR spectrum; Employee Relations, Talent and Development, Recruitment, Reward, Recognition and Organisational Design.Network: Ability to build relationships and network easily, both internally and externally.Communication: Strong and effective presentation skills and ability to converse with a diverse range of people at all levels, with tact and diplomacy.Accuracy: High level of finesse and excellence required in delivery of all tasks.
