Driving Resourcer / Consultant. Utrust Recruitment are a growing agency based in Doncaster. We are looking for someone to join the busy driving team. Helping source drivers for our growing customer base. Working with the team to bring new drivers in of all licence categories. Placing drivers into various different clients. Working on social media pages and other ways of advertising for drivers. Taking booking from clients and help putting the right people into the job roles. Visiting clients to find out their requirements and changes. Interviewing new drivers and finding out what they want and what they can do. Dealing with client and driver compliance and licence checks. Monday - Friday 08.30 - 16.30 REQUIREMENTS :- Team player with good communication skills. Transport or recruitment background ideally (not essential) A positive driven approach to a busy working desk. The ability to think on your feet, as dealing with people (drivers) can be challenging. The ability to work under your own initiative as well as a growing team. Drive and determination to push yourself in a very demanding environment. Role and Responsibilities:- Responsible for the end-to-end booking process of ALL drivers. Attend meetings with clients new and old (initially with another team member). Advertising, Screening and Interviewing potential drivers. Managing bookings and drivers working patterns. Client and Candidate engagement.
