As a Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient overnight operation of the hotel. This position requires a versatile individual who can adapt to various scenarios across multiple departments, including Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and the Kitchen. Responsibilities: Manage the hotels overnight activities, ensuring all departments operate seamlessly. Serve as the primary point of contact between guests, the General Manager, and the operational team. Continuously monitor and uphold our high service standards, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during the night. Conduct regular health and safety inspections to maintain compliance and safety standards. Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or accidents involving guests or staff members. Deliver and sustain outstanding levels of customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns with professionalism. Provide operational support across all departments as needed, ensuring cohesive and efficient operations. Execute the night audit process and generate nightly reports for senior management review. What you Need: Previous experience as a Night Manager or Head of Department in a 5-star hotel environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff. Exceptional attention to detail, driven by a commitment to delivering high standards. Strong leadership and motivational abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding the team. Resilient and proactive, with a strong drive to get things right the first time.
