Head of Procurement (Non-IT)

An opportunity to join a leading technology business embarking on a significant transformation, reporting to a hugely inspiring CPO. A brownfield environment, you will lead a team of 8 to build out and execute a category strategy across the Non-IT space. Responsibilities:

• Define and execute sourcing and procurement strategies across non-IT indirect categories.
• Overseeing the creation of category strategies, aligned with business goals that deliver maximium value.
• Lead and mentor a team of 8.
• Lead negotiations for supplier contracts, ensuring key commercial and legal terms are integrated.
• Offer guidance on sourcing frameworks to accommodate diverse business requirements.

To be considered:

• Senior Procurement Manager / Head of Procurement within a regulated environment.
• Deep indirect category experience and a track record of delivering significant savings.
• Line management experience with a strong approach towards people development.

On offer:

• £100,000 - £115,000 plus benefits
• Hybrid: 2 days / week in London
