Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester Salary / Benefits £24k - £42k + Training + Benefits A successful and continuously growing Asbestos Consultancy are now seeking to take on a qualified and experienced Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts across the North West / M62 corridor. You will have experience carrying out various surveying and analytical duties on Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial sites, working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. Candidates will have good access to the M62 / North West and surrounding areas: Oldham, Rochdale, Bury, Blackburn, Preston, Burnley, Blackpool, Southport, Bolton, St Helens, Liverpool, Wallasey, Birkenhead, Warrington, Chester, Crewe, Macclesfield, Stockport, Huddersfield, Keighley, Bradford, Leeds, Wakefield, Halifax, Dewsbury. Experience & Qualifications: " Holding the BOHS P402, P403, & P404 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role. " Will have experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, working hands on as a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. " Extensive experience carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical duties in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. " Experience using TEAMS / TRACKER systems. The Role: " Conducting the full range of surveying duties in line with HSG 264 guidelines, including management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys. " Conducting sampling of suspected ACMs, ensuring to bag safely and label correctly prior to sending for analysis. " 4 stage clearances. " Conducting leak, smoke, background, re-assurance, and personal air testing in line with HSG 248 guidelines. " Conducting auditing of contractors on site. " Creating detailed reports, using TEAMS / TRACKER systems. " Working on Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial sites.
