What’s the role?


We are looking for a highly motivated SEO Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support the SEO Manager in driving high-quality search traffic for our partners and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. You’ll be responsible for implementing best-practice SEO strategies and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance traffic and commercial performance.


You’ll collaborate with in-house technical teams, ensure the continuous improvement of CMS for user experience, and independently manage SEO optimisation decisions for CAVU clients and owned brands.


Key Responsibilities:


- Conduct keyword research and develop a strategy, analysing the potential of different keywords.

- Write and optimise Title Tags and Meta Descriptions, monitoring their performance and adjusting as needed.

- Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports highlighting growth, opportunities, and any challenges.

- Contribute to weekly marketing and trading meetings with updates and insights.

- Conduct competitor research to identify missed opportunities and create action plans to outperform competitors.

- Monitor rankings, report on improvements or drops, and analyse data using SEO tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Deepcrawl.

- Conduct technical and content audits of CAVU’s distribution websites and present findings confidently to the SEO Manager & SEO Lead.


About You:


- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on SEO experience (technical and content).

- Skills: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Deepcrawl (desired but not essential). Ability to write copy is an advantage.

- Organisation: Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Commercial Focus: Proven experience meeting or exceeding SEO performance targets.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present performance reports confidently.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of communicating technical SEO issues to key stakeholders.
