With a solid track record of delivering diverse projects across Northern Ireland, this firm is expanding rapidly and is now seeking a talented Electrical Building Services Engineer to join their newly established MEP department. This unique opportunity allows you to play a pivotal role in shaping the department's success under the mentorship of a highly experienced Senior Management team. Key Responsibilities: Design Electrical Building Services for a wide range of projects. Collaborate with other in-house design teams. Liaise directly with clients to understand and fulfil their needs. Prepare briefs, specifications, design drawings, survey work, and cost estimates. Conduct surveys and draft technical reports. Attend design team and site meetings. Grow and develop within a team of skilled engineers. Candidate Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services. Familiarity with Building Regulations. At least 2 years of experience in building services design. BIM/Revit skills or willingness to learn. Strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft and CAD systems. A collaborative team player with the ability to positively influence others.
