Print Department Operative - Ink Mixer
Location: Currently based in Thirsk, relocating to Harrogate in January.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and flexible Print Department Operative - Ink Mixer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be involved in the production of high-quality transfers and emblems, with a particular focus on mixing and matching inks to meet specific production requirements.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of high-quality transfers and emblems.
- Mix and match different ink systems to meet production needs.
- Maintain production flexibility to optimize capacity.
- Ensure accurate documentation of recipes, samples, and stock levels.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures in the ink room.
- Support other departments as needed to meet business demands.
- Adhere to company protocols, including verbal instructions and Health & Safety policies.
- Consistently ensure high-quality production by following established procedures.
- Report any production issues or deviations to your line manager.

Relocation Support
As the company will be moving from Thirsk to Harrogate in January, we are committed to supporting any applicants currently based in Harrogate. We will cover transport costs until the relocation is complete.
