As Sous you will lead from the front overseeing the daily running of service ensuring dishes are produced in a timely manner and to the highest of standards. The Person The ideal Chef de partie will have the following: Solid experience as a Chef de partie in a fresh food restaurant/ dining pub The ability to handle running a busy service.
