Digital Product Owner

An opportunity to support our evolution of customer experience! We are seeking a Digital Product Owner who will support and facilitate us in the evolution of customer experiences through Digital-led solutions, at every customer touchpoint.  If you have experience within a digital product role with a strong understanding of digital product management, we would like to hear from you! As Digital Product Owner you will be part of our Customer and Digital function, reporting into our Head of Digital Product.  You will play a key role in ensuring digital priorities are aligned to the roadmap and goals whilst championing the quality of the user's experience of a digital product.  You will be the convergence between visual design, content strategy and technical design and ensure a close alignment remains with key stakeholders. About the role Advocate for key features and functions that address the business objectives while meeting the customer needs to drive innovation, customer experience and conversion.  Become the product evangelist to the US to define, prioritise the backlog, and coordinate feature development for UK. Immerse yourself in insights, competitor analysis, user research and qualitive and quantitative data to inform new ideas and optimization. Gather requirements for US development projects and support QE/QA Testing for UK features. Support developments onto our Digital Store Portal. Apply best principles for testing and quality assurance of the digital product performance to ensure best experience for customers. About you Demonstrable working knowledge of MVT or A/B Testing tools: Bloomreach, Dynamic Yield.  Proven ability to use product tools such as Jira and Confluence. Proven ability to gather and prioritise, define and write user stories and translate into technical specifications. Demonstrable working knowledge of roadmap development. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proven ability to manage cross functionally, delegate to and coach those who are not direct reports. Desirable Prototyping / design tools such as Figma, Zero height and HTML / JavaScript coding, coding with jQuery.
