Steel Fixer (TRU – TransPennine Route Upgrade) Long term work available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets and want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future. Location: Huddersfield Start Date: ASAP PAYE basis On Offer: * Rate of £22.65 per hour * Day and Night Shifts Avaliable (Nights paid at time and a half) * Pension * Training and upskilling paid for * Safe working environment * Free PPE * Secure regular income Overtime When Available: * Weekdays and Nights – Time & a Third Pay * Weekends – Time & a Half Pay Candidates must have: * Full understanding of duties required for Steel Fixing. * Skilled tradesperson with suitable experience of carrying out rebar installation and erection. * Expected to be able to competently read and understand steel fixing drawings and bending schedules. * CSCS Card Blue (Skilled Worker) Preferred * Driving license * Manual Handling So, if you want to work for a main contractor that cares about their tradesmen, then this is your opportunity to apply and join the project now!
