HSE Coordinator required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in England.ResponsibilitiesHSE Management System Development: Developing and implementing HSE requirements aligned with current standards and regulations.Training and Awareness: Organizing training sessions to familiarize staff with HSE rules and practices.Risk Management & Assessment: Identifying, evaluating, and managing safety, health, and environmental risks.Regular Inspections: Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.Incident Management: Handling HSE incidents, investigations, and implementing corrective actions.Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on incidents, audits, and corrective measures.Team Coordination: Coordinating between project teams and HSE services to ensure compliance and safety.Continuous Improvement: Proposing initiatives to enhance HSE performance and reduce risks.RequirementsThorough knowledge of UK HSE regulations.Project management skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and awareness skills.Team player and ability to coordinate HSE activities.Excellent experience on HSE software/tools.Experience in the Energy industry.Knowledge and experience of CDM 2015 an advantage.NEBOSH/Degree.IOSH accreditation.Valid UK working rights.
