Key Responsibilities: * Build World-Class Sensory Capability: Lead the development of sensory research and insights to improve product qualification and speed to market. * Drive Consumer Delight: Develop consumer-product models to ensure innovations meet and exceed key drivers of consumer satisfaction. * Create Winning Innovation Platforms: Partner across teams to bring consumer-led technologies and insights to the forefront of product development. * Lead Product Stories and Claims: Leverage technical insights to craft compelling product claims and stories that enhance brand growth. * Foster Consumer Centricity: Champion new methods and tools to integrate consumer feedback at every stage of the innovation cycle. What You’ll Need: * 8-10 years of experience in Consumer Sensory Science (CSS) within FMCG. * A proven ability to translate sensory data into impactful, consumer-winning product innovations. * Leadership experience, with a strong drive for consumer curiosity, commercial impact, and collaboration across R&D and commercial teams. * Knowledge of digital and agile approaches to consumer research, with a passion for exploring new methodologies.
