Supervisor - Paint Technician (Weekend)

You will led a small team of Paint Technicians within a prestige automotive manufacturing business. The business has a strong focus on high level of quality service and delivery, within strict timescales, whilst adhering to H&S on site.

Experience needed

• Previous experience as a Paint Technician is essential
• Ability to lead a small team, develop train and mentor your team
• Daily management of team including attendance
• Drive quality standards and key KPI's
• Strong attention to detail

Role

• Friday to Sunday
• 12midday to 12midnight
• Enhanced Holiday Entitlement 33 days inc. bank holidays (pro rata)
