Professional Development Project Manager

We are currently working with a not-for-profit organisation in Central Cambridge who are looking for a Professional Development Project Manager to join their team, on a full time basis, although other working hours will be considered. This is a permanent role with hybrid working. Main duties will include: * Design, develop and deliver projects and programmes * Conduct research for ongoing projects * External stakeholder management * Assist with bid writing * Work closely with freelance researchers * Monitor and report on the progress of programmes through data analysis * Attending training events and meetings when required to provide on-site support The successful candidate will have: * Excellent project management skills * Ideally experience working within higher education * Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to work under pressure * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Good IT skills, including: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Power Point * Confident in using Zoom/ Teams and other video conferencing platforms * Ability and willingness to travel in the UK and internationally when needed If this role looks like the new challenge that you are looking for please apply via the advert or contact Emma at Eclectic Recruitment.
