Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Location: Sutton Coldfield Remuneration: £22,500 - £24,000 Contract Details: Permanent Job Overview: A Customer Service Advisor acts as an initial point of contact for customers, providing them with product and service information while addressing any emerging problems. The successful candidate will possess professionalism, customer focus, patience, empathy, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
