Job Title: Project Quantity SurveyorLocation: LondonPackage: £55,000 - £75,000 plus car allowance and bonusSkilled Careers are working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who due to an incredible amount of work winning they are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the team.The Project Quantity Surveyor would be working closely with the Project Director and Commercial Lead on a Large Cut and Carve Project in London.DutiesThe Project Quantity Surveyor would be working closely with the Project Director and Commercial Lead on a Large and Technical Cut and Carve Project in London (£50m+).Develop and encourage project team performance encouraging and ensuring that main contractual obligations and or strategies are executed and regularly reviewed.Work closely with the Commercial Lead.Demonstrate understanding of internal and external tender strategies / build up and work to the profit plan.Help to agree external valuations / cash flow to maximise project value.Help to agree and produce main and subcontract final accounts.RequirementsA Project Quantity Surveyor who has experience working for a UK Main Contractor.Cut and Carve experienceCommercial Build experienceSomeone has the ambitions to progress to become a Senior Quantity Surveyor.What is in it for you?£55,000 - £75,000Car allowanceFlexible WorkingBonusClear progression.Support in further education.This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work for a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor.For more information contact Angus on 07507 490680.or send an email to [email protected]
