Salary: £48,000 + Bonuses Hours: Reasonable working hours – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Service As the Senior Sous Chef , you will be the right-hand to the Head Chef , helping to lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver an unforgettable dining experience across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. You will play a key role in menu development and daily operations, ensuring a high standard of consistency, quality, and efficiency in every dish.
