Your new company Our client is an award-winning housebuilder with a strong East Anglian presence. They take exceptional pride in the quality of their builds and, as such, have an excellent reputation in the local market. Your new role Oversee and manage all on-site activities for residential construction projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and material deliveries. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Implement and enforce health and safety policies on-site. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the project plans and specifications.What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in residential construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership and organisational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
