This is an outstanding opportunity for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join a growing professional services firm based in Leeds City Centre, ideal for a candidate from a Training, Learning and Development Coordination or IT Teaching experience in Education. Salary: £32,000 Location: LS1 - Hybrid 2 days in the office 3 days WFH The role: Develop and deliver engaging training content to support colleagues across all departments, both in-person and virtually Conduct learning needs analyses to identify gaps and opportunities, ensuring our training solutions are tailored to the evolving needs of the firm. Lead interactive workshops to foster learning and development across the firm.
