They are seeking a Head of Mortgages to play a pivotal role in leading and managing the mortgage team, ensuring the seamless delivery of mortgage services to clients. This senior leadership position demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience in mortgage advice, a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, and exceptional team management skills.You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end mortgage operations, including business development, processing, and ongoing servicing. Leadership and management: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the mortgage team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement Oversee all aspects of mortgage operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices Performance management: Set performance goals for the mortgage team, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching to help team members achieve their full potential.
