Job DescriptionJUNIOR ANALYST OPPORTUNITY FOR PRIVATE EQUITY REAL ESTATE INVESTOR - KNIGHTSBRIDGE, LONDON The opportunity is for a highly numerate and organised individual to join a fast paced UK Real Estate Investor as a Junior Analyst. Reporting directly to the CEO of 9Yards, an expanding out of town retail park platform, the candidate will be responsible for assisting on deal underwrite; taking ownership of the models; evaluating transactional opportunities against underwrite; responsibility for the group’s database of tenancy information. There is a clear path for progression in a well-funded, acquisitive organisation for a candidate who has strong communication skills, is highly numerate, competent with MS Excel and a positive work ethic. The candidate will have a degree from a real estate or finance background with 1-2 years’ experience, ideally within the real estate finance sector. Competitive salary and benefits for a suitable candidate.
