We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 8b Pharmacy Manager to lead and manage the pharmacy team in Milton Keynes. • Location: Milton Keynes
• Role: Locum Pharmacy Manager (Band 8b)
• Pay Rate:£37 PAYE - Competitive, depending on experience
• Duration: Ongoing contract
• Shift Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

• Lead and manage the pharmacy team, ensuring smooth operations across the department
• Oversee and enhance pharmacy services in line with clinical and operational standards
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
• Manage staffing levels, rotas, and resource allocation effectively
• Provide expert advice to healthcare professionals on pharmaceutical matters
• Conduct audits and performance reviews to maintain the highest quality of service
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve patient care and service delivery

• GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Manager in a hospital setting (Band 8b level preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to manage clinical services and staff development
• Knowledge of relevant policies, guidelines, and regulations in pharmacy practice
