You are committed to aligning with the Leader Engineering values and take ownership of your performance and success.ResponsibilitiesTeam ManagementEffectively manage time to balance business objectives with the development of future recruitment consultants, ensuring sustainable growth.Foster a motivational work environment that encourages high performance and team cohesion.Take responsibility for the overall well-being of the team, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work culture.Performance and DevelopmentSet and model best practices, serving as a standard for others to follow.Assess and improve consultants' sales performance and account management strategies.Conduct productive review meetings to drive performance and growth.Identify training needs within the team and develop strategies to address skill gaps.Provide support and mentorship to junior consultants, including in client meetings and during international trips.Collaboration and CommunicationFoster collaboration and promote best practices between sales teams and back-office support functions.Clearly communicate successes and business challenges, fostering transparency and continuous improvement.Adopt a personalised management approach, recognising and responding to individual team members' needs and strengths.Business Growth and StrategyProactively identify and pursue leads and opportunities to contribute to overall business growth.Assist in resolving complex business challenges related to sales, offering strategic guidance and support.Ensure effective system utilisation across the team, coordinating and facilitating training sessions to maximise performance and efficiency.Client and Account ManagementOversee and manage business accounts, ensuring efficient handling and meeting client expectations.Knowledge & Experience4-5 years of experience in a recruitment agency with a solid understanding of the recruitment process and industry practices.Experience recruiting across multiple industries preferred but not essential.In-depth knowledge of Career Development Programs and succession planning.Proficient in performance management, including setting goals, reviewing outcomes, and implementing improvements.Strong understanding of employment and contractual law, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.Comprehensive knowledge of business strategy and alignment with organisational goals.Influential communicator with the ability to inspire and motivate.Skilled in planning, monitoring processes, and tracking business objectives.Insight into individual and team motivation, leveraging this to foster high-performance cultures.Proven ability to build and lead successful teams.Extensive experience in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.Adaptable sales approach tailored to individual and team dynamics.Skilled in identifying key competencies during structured interviews.ResultsAchieve Personal and Team Sales TargetsMeet and exceed personal sales targets.Ensure that the team consistently achieves or surpasses their sales targets.Develop and Grow the TeamFacilitate the continuous growth and development of team members, both in terms of skills and performance.Implement strategies to enhance team cohesion and effectiveness.Ensure a progressive number of candidates successfully complete the Leader training program.Foster a High-Performance CultureCreate and maintain a high-performance culture within the team, promoting excellence and accountability.Implement initiatives that drive team engagement and motivation.RemunerationMarket salaryHolidaysPension scheme.Company MobileAnnual Incentive Trip (subject to performance)
