A dynamic and innovative packaging supplier is seeking a Payroll Administrator with experience of large data sets on a part time basis for 6 months. As a payroll administrator you will play a pivotal role within the complete payroll process on a daily to monthly basis. Salary: £12.00 to £13.50pm Hours: Monday to Friday - hours to be confirmed at interview stage Benefits: Competitive holiday entitlement plus bank/public holidays, Health-care plan, Salary sacrifice schemes, Subsidised social activities, Company pension, Profit sharing, Cycle to work scheme and a lot more. Your main responsibilities are will be; Capture and consolidate payroll inputs for onward processing by third party payroll agent which includes new starters, leavers, employee detail changes, variable pay components and SMP/SPP/SPL. Responsible for running reports from the Time & Attendance (T& A) system to perform a review and reconciliation of pay adjustments. Manage employee payroll queries in a timely and efficient manner, working in partnership with HR where necessary Identify potential input errors in T& A system, providing feedback to relevant department manager(s) and provide guidance where necessary to ensure ongoing accuracy Reconciling payroll and pension balance sheet accounts Support on pension administration including the preparation of monthly contribution submissions Support line manager on improving payroll processing, adopting a continuous improvement mentality To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following; Previous experience within a similar position working with large data sets Experience working with multiple IT systems concurrently Strong Excel capability Experience in payroll processing If you think your skills and experience match the above then apply today with your up to date CV or alternatively for a quick response call (phone number removed) and speak to Simon to discuss this role in further detail.
