Flourish Education Recruitment are continually growing and looking for a Secondary Recruitment Consultant to join our fabulous team. About The RoleAs Secondary Recruitment Consultant you will:- Work alongside our existing secondary team to deliver continued growth within our secondary division, developing both candidate and client relationships across North Birmingham.- Deliver a consultative service to our candidates and existing clients, ensuring you are matching the best candidates to the right roles.- Attract / source new candidates- Interview and register new candidates – the majority of our candidates work with us long term, so you’ll need to ensure you’re building long lasting relationships- Proactively develop new schools bringing them on board to further develop your desk- Arrange and attend client visits regularly to foster great relationships – A full driver’s license and car is essential- Meet and exceed key business goals as an individual and as part of the teamWe're looking for someone with existing recruitment experience, either within education or another recruitment sector. We’ve got big growth plans too!Our Recruitment Consultants receive some fab benefits with us, including:Base salary of c£28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience with a very realistic OTE of c£40,000 within your first 18-24 months.
