Role Overview: A leading private investment office is seeking an Operations Principal to manage investment operations, compliance, finance, and accounting functions. The successful candidate will work with both internal teams and external service providers, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee investment operations, including system upgrades, custodial partnerships, and capital management.
• Collaborate with shared service providers for financial reporting, regulatory submissions, and optimisation of cash balances.
• Lead compliance initiatives, ensuring that processes, client onboarding, and training remain current and effective.

Candidate Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in an operational role within a relevant field (e.g., family office, endowment fund, asset manager, or private bank).
• Strong academic background and a commercial mindset.
• Expertise in managing multi-functional teams and operational upgrades.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary (~£80,000 per annum), with the potential for an annual bonus and benefits, including private healthcare, pension, and life insurance. Hybrid work policy with a London-based office.
