Credit Controller

I am seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join a reputable and estbalished business based in Brighton on a permanent basis. The role is full-time, offering a salary of £25,000 per year. While this is a full-time on-site position, the client is open to flexible working arrangements for those with caregiving responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Communicating with clients and business owners via email and phone Sending statements and recording notes using software (training provided) Collaborating with internal teams including managers, partners, and senior finance staff Arranging payment plans and resolving customer queries Processing card payments and escalating overdue debts if needed Handling legal escalations for unresolved debtors About You: Minimum 2 years of Credit Control experience Familiarity with legal procedures is a plus Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks Previous experience in a B2C environment and accounts knowledge is beneficial This is a great opportunity for someone with relevant experience within Credit Control to join a progressive business with a fantastic company culture.
