We are looking for a Senior Marketplace design specialist to join a giant global brand - an expert in programmatic advertising to join their Marketplace Demand Management team - to help fine-tune their inventory strategies and work closely with demand-side platforms (DSPs) to boost their campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with DSP partners to create demand and come up with scalable strategies to attract new clients.
• Handle incoming programmatic deals, making sure they match up with campaign goals and client needs.
• Set up and refine best practices to simplify buying processes with their DSP partners.
• Collaborate with Sales Revenue teams to track the performance of ongoing deals and spot new growth opportunities.
• Use data insights to tweak inventory strategies and enhance overall campaign success.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, especially with programmatic and client-facing roles.
• A solid grasp of ad tech, programmatic advertising, and what’s happening in the industry.
• Strong skills in analyzing data to boost performance and refine strategies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially when things are moving quickly.
• Experience in media planning and executing data-driven advertising strategies.
