Primary School Teacher (Daily Supply) Location: Bristol and Surrounding Areas Contract Type: Daily Supply Are you a passionate and flexible Primary School Teacher looking for the freedom to work across different schools and age groups? We are seeking qualified teachers to join our daily supply pool in Bristol and the surrounding areas, covering a variety of schools in short-term, day-to-day positions. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2, adapting quickly to different classroom environments. * Follow lesson plans left by the class teacher or create your own engaging content when required. * Maintain classroom control, manage behavior, and ensure a positive learning environment for all pupils. * Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse groups of learners, including children with SEN, EAL, or those requiring additional support. * Provide constructive feedback to the school on the day’s progress and any significant events or concerns. * Build positive relationships with pupils and staff, maintaining professionalism and flexibility in each school setting. * Be proactive and ready to step into new classrooms on short notice, adjusting quickly to the demands of each day. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in primary schools. * Flexibility and adaptability to teach across different year groups, subjects, and school environments. * Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate pupils effectively. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with students and staff. * A positive, can-do attitude, with a passion for making a difference in a variety of classroom settings. * The ability to work on short notice and manage the unpredictability of supply teaching with ease. * A commitment to providing high-quality education, even in a temporary setting.
