German Customer Service Representative - (Hybrid, mostly remote) Location: Cambridge (Remote and 1 x per month in the Office) Permanent Client Profile: Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are searching for a German Speaking Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join an industry leader in healthcare industry. This opportunity is offered on a full time and permanent basis. Key Purpose The representative will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls daily basis to ensure a top-quality service for existing and new clientele. You will be in charge of adding value to each customer who calls as well as having expert product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: * Answering calls from existing and new customers * Proactively dealing with all queries relating to the business * Taking orders and bookings via external and internal calls * Managing email queries * A professional approach with the ability to build rapport with each customer * Demonstration extensive knowledge on all our product ranges * Facilitating calls from B2 B and B2 C Personal Specification The successful candidate for the position, will have the following competences: * Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential) * Customer service experience (preferred but not essential) * Self-motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude * Attention to detail with high level of communication skills is essential * German Fluent speaker * Computer literacy * A passion to deliver the highest quality for our client’s customers Different shifts available: --- Shift 1 - £25,000 per year 5- week rotational shift, Week 1: Monday to Friday – 07:00 – 15:15 Week 2: Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs and Sat 07:30 – 15:45 Week 3: Monday to Friday – 11:00 – 19:15 Week 4: Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs and Sat 08:00 – 16:15 Week 5: Monday to Friday – 11:45 – 20:00 --- Shift 2 - £25,075 per year 5- week rotational shift, Week 1: Monday to Friday – 07:00 – 15:15 Week 2: Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs 07:30 – 15:45, and Saturday 11:45 - 20:00 Week 3: Monday to Friday – 11:00 – 19:15 Week 4: Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs 08:00 – 16:15 and Saturday 9:45 - 18:00 Week 5: Monday to Friday – 11:45 – 20:00 --- Shift 3 - £27,350 Mon, Tues, Weds, and Fri 11:45 - 20:00, and Saturday 8:00 - 16:15 You can apply for one, a combination or all the shifts available Additional benefits: • Contributory pension scheme of up to 6% • Opportunity to buy & sell holiday • Gym membership discounts • Contributory hospital and health cash plan • Cycle2 Work scheme • Eye care vouchers • Free monthly nutritional and personal care products • Life assurance • Discounts at leading brands and retailers If this sounds like the role for you or you would like to find out more, please contact Origin Multilingual today to begin your application or click apply below
