Overview:
We are seeking a motivated customer service representative to join our team.
Essential
- Previous experience within a Customer Service role including undertaking some of the responsibilities in the job description
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- The ability to work independently once a task has been assigned
- An excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Flexibility to work outside hours where required to meet the demands of the role
Desirable
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role within a financial services firm.
- Previous experience in Hubspot, Dialpad, Zendesk, Slack, Google Workspace
Job Purpose
- Handling all customers from when they are onboarded.
- Dealing with customers queries post sale.
- Providing proactive and reactive customer support throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Customer service processes
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer records are up to date and documents are filed correctly
- Create and process customer forms
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails
- Ensuring customers are updated on their status
- Obtaining HMRC documents for postage
- Initially handle any customer complaints and escalate if needed
Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
