Overview:

We are seeking a motivated customer service representative to join our team.


Essential

  • Previous experience within a Customer Service role including undertaking some of the responsibilities in the job description
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • The ability to work independently once a task has been assigned
  • An excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • Flexibility to work outside hours where required to meet the demands of the role


Desirable 

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role within a financial services firm.
  • Previous experience in Hubspot, Dialpad, Zendesk, Slack, Google Workspace


Job Purpose


  • Handling all customers from when they are onboarded.
  • Dealing with customers queries post sale.
  • Providing proactive and reactive customer support throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Customer service processes


Responsibilities


  • Ensure customer records are up to date and documents are filed correctly
  • Create and process customer forms 
  • Answer incoming customer calls and emails
  • Ensuring customers are updated on their status
  • Obtaining HMRC documents for postage
  • Initially handle any customer complaints and escalate if needed



Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
