Invoice Shipping Coordinator Permanent £28k Mon - Thurs 08.15 - 16.45 Friday 08.15 - 15.30 Stockport We are currently recruiting for our client in Poynton for an Invoice and Shipping Coordinator.  This is a permanent role paying £28,000 per annum working Monday to Thursday 08.15 - 16.45 and Friday 08.15 - 15.30. Our client is an international manufacturer which actively encourages self development and progression within the company.  They operate on a very much people first mentality and the welfare of their employees is paramount.   Duties include Raising invoices and release documentation for all finished goods. Issuing any relevant credit notes and processing any returns from the customer. Completing and controlling of Customs Forms and Shipping Lists. Raising shipping documentation for finished products. Maintain and record all shipping transactions and filing accordingly. Working with the minimum of supervision. To actively promote and contribute towards the company’s performance and reduce its impact on the environment. To assist despatch as and when required. In order to be successful relevant experience in an Invoicing, Shipping or general administration role would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.  You will however need to be able to carry out a variety of duties whilst remaining motivated.  You will be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, whilst maintaining the teams high standards of accuracy.
