Role Overview The role of an Account Manager is to develop and maintain profitable relationships with key clients, driving sales growth and maximizing revenue within assigned accounts. Account Managers are responsible for understanding client needs, promoting products or services, and consistently exceeding KPI targets. T Key strengths Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management, customer success, or sales. Experience in Digital or SAAS solutions Ability to analyse data and derive insights to drive client success and identify growth opportunities. Highly organised with excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritise and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
