About The Role The Email and Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising our email marketing campaigns as well as contributing to broader digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of best practices in email marketing, automation tools, and digital platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, drive engagement, and support lead generation efforts.

Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, and automated workflows. Campaigns that are fun and visually creative and encompasses the nature of the brand Develop and execute segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups for personalised messaging. Monitor and analyse email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimise for better results. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective email templates that are mobile-friendly and optimised for conversion. Manage email lists, ensuring they are regularly cleaned and compliant with regulations (GDPR etc.). Assist in planning and implementing digital marketing strategies across channels such as social media, paid ads, SEO, and content marketing. Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to gather insights and make data-driven decisions. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and other variables to continuously improve campaign performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest email and digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A high visual and artistic ability to make high performing emails. 2+ years of experience in email marketing and digital marketing. High proficiency in email marketing platform Klaviyo. Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, Google Ads, and SEO. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email customisation is a plus. Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
