We are currently seeking a skilled andexperienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at a prestigious commercial site inNewcastle. The Role:As a Site-Based Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing,and repairing a range of air conditioning systems at our large commercial site in Newcastle. Youwill play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and functionality of the site's HVAC systems,responding to planned maintenance as well as reactive service calls. Key Responsibilities:? Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems (splits,VRV/VRF, chillers, etc.)? Diagnose and repair faults to ensure systems are operating efficiently? Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations? Maintain accurate records of work carried out? Provide exceptional service to the client, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations? Liaise with the Facilities Management team to schedule maintenance activities Qualifications and Experience:? NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (essential)? F-Gas certification (essential)? Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a commercial setting? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently? Excellent communication and customer service skills? Full UK driving license (essential) What's On Offer:? Competitive salary of £38,000 per annum?
