Job DescriptionJob Title: HGV DriverCompany: J.J Freight and Logistics LimitedLocation: Basildon, EnglandJob Type: Full-timeSalary: £39,500 per annumJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced HGV Driver to join our team at J.J Freight and Logistics Limited. As an HGV Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials to and from our clients.Key Responsibilities:Transportation: Drive company vehicles to transport goods and materials to and from clients.Logistics: Plan and coordinate routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients by ensuring their goods are delivered on time and in good condition.Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure company vehicles are clean and well-maintained, and report any issues to the maintenance team.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety and environmental regulations.Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Requirements:Qualifications: Current and clean HGV driving license, CPC certification, and digital tachograph card.Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an HGV Driver.Skills: Good communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, proactive approach, and commitment to customer service.Benefits:Competitive Salary: £39,500 per annum.Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn a performance bonus based on individual and team performance.Flexible Working Hours: Flexible working hours to accommodate individual needs.Annual Leave: 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays.On-site Parking: Secure on-site parking for company vehicles.Workplace Pension: Company contributes to a workplace pension scheme.What We Offer:We offer a competitive salary, performance bonus, and flexible working hours.
