ROLE OVERVIEW //


We are recruiting for an experienced HRIS Project Manager to join our Technology Department to Project Manage the implementation of Workday and related integrations. The role sits within the Project Management Office, working closely with external vendors, developers, operations and infrastructure engineers as well as business stakeholders throughout the project development lifecycle.


We are open to discussing this as a fixed-term contract on a 12 month basis.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES //


The key responsibilities of this role are set out below and there may be others which are not listed. You may be required on occasion to work outside our normal working hours of 9:30am to 5:30pm.


Projects within this portfolio may require delivery for alternate offices (Hong Kong) and as such will require out of office hours meetings, conference calls and video conference sessions.


  • Lead the implementation of Workday modules, including core HR and Recruitment.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate communication between the client team and Workday consultants.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Oversee data migration, integration, and testing processes.
  • Guide the client team through all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle.
  • Correlate areas of focus, and prioritize testing based on key areas of concern, and areas of current/future development focus.
  • To work alongside of the Infrastructure, Engagement and Service Desk Management teams to deliver the undisrupted IT provision during project delivery using the Firm’s change management processes.


CANDIDATE PROFILE //


Candidates for this position must have:


  • Proven experience delivering Workday implementation projects.
  • Project management experience in professional services environments is advantageous.
  • 5+ years’ experience in managing global projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment.
  • Nuanced understanding of Workday modules and their interdependencies.
  • Excellent project management skills, including risk management and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with Workday's project methodology and best practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience with change management in enterprise software implementations.
