Senior Customer Marketing Manager FMCG Surrey (3 days a week in the office) £75k - £85k £7.5k car allowance 10% Bonus MKJ Ignite are delighted to have partnered exclusively with a hugely popular and market dominating FMCG brand. The business is a definitive market leader in their category and with a huge global presence too. They’re performing very well right now with over 15% growth YOY. The business is looking to hire a new Senior Customer Marketing Manager to lead the brand communications and customer marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement and support business growth objectives. Key responsibilities: ??Develop and execute brand communications strategies, using a mix of paid, owned and earned media. ??Create and manage customer marketing campaigns across multiple channels. ??Develop impactful Digital campaigns – Search, CRM, Display, Social, Influencer & Content ??Manage agency relationships (PR, Social, Digital, Shopper) ??Nurture, develop and manage the team (2 direct reports initially, but the team is growing) Key skills required: ??You will need to have at least 10 years marketing experience ??You will need to have extensive Customer Marketing experience from an FMCG background. ??Proven team and agency management experience is critical ??Strong Digital marketing experience is crucial ??Strong Brand marketing experience would be beneficial In return for everything you can bring, the business can offer you : ??Competitive basic salary (circa £75k - £85k, depending upon experience) ??Car Allowance £7.5k per year ??Performance related bonus (typically 10% of salary) ??Healthcare scheme ??25 days holiday plus bank holidays ??Enhanced Pension contributions ??Hybrid working policy (3 days a week, 2 days a week at home) What happens next?
