My client are a well established and highly regarded M&E contractor operating throughout the UK. They have worked with a number of established clients, gaining an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality projects across the commercial, residential, leisure, healthcare, retail, industrial, and education sectors. They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business and work on a number of newly secured projects across the Merseyside and surrounding areas. As the Quantity Surveyor, your duties will include: Reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies. Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes Developing and maintaining procurement schedules. Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works to facilitate accurate project pricing. CVR reporting.Requirements: Experience of working within the Mechanical and Electrical sector Degree qualified in quantity surveying/or similar (HNC, etc) (Desirable) Strong analytical and communication skills.
