As an Orthopaedic ODP/Scrub Practitioner, your responsibilities will include: - Assessing patients’ health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload. - Assisting in delivering care tailored to meet patient needs. - Promoting best practices and contributing to quality improvements. - Collecting, collating, and organising data, interpreting information to make justifiable assessments. - Developing a working environment that enhances health, safety, security, and infection control. - Leading others in developing knowledge, ideas, and work practices. The ideal candidate for the Orthopaedic ODP/Scrub Practitioner role will be: - A Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with orthopaedic scrub experience. - A team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Proficient across a range of skills with professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration/practitioner qualification.
