Are you a skilled Payroll Implementation Consultant seeking a role that combines customer satisfaction with project success?

We're looking for a talented professional to join our clients team, managing a diverse portfolio of customers and ensuring seamless software integration.

Payroll Implementation Consultant - The Role: This position leverages your expertise in payroll systems and software implementation to deliver exceptional value to clients. The role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel for team meetings and customer site visits as needed. Remote working promoted to accommodate our widespread customer base across the UK.

Payroll Implementation Consultant - Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored consultancy services to a portfolio of customers, developing strong relationships to meet their unique needs. Achieve utilisation targets, ensuring a significant portion of your time is chargeable. Provide timely reports on utilisation metrics. Lead software implementation projects, integrating new systems with existing ones. Conduct assessments, plan implementations, and offer post-implementation support. Coordinate with legacy providers and internal teams to deliver cohesive solutions, facilitating communication among stakeholders. Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, applying best practices in project management.

Payroll Implementation Consultant - Qualifications: Proven experience in a consultancy role, with a focus on payroll software implementation. Strong understanding of payroll legacy systems and their integration challenges. Excellent project management skills and a track record of delivering complex projects. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to work independently and in a team, adapting in a fast-paced environment.

Payroll Implementation Consultant - Skills: Familiarity with various software implementation methodologies and tools. Knowledge of industry-specific software solutions and trends. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
