About the role: This position is perfect for a teacher who enjoys the dynamic and varied nature of supply work. You’ll be stepping into classrooms across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 in schools within the Hounslow area, supporting and teaching students on a day-to-day basis. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. • A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children in their learning journey. • Excellent classroom management skills. • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments. • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one). Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 1, following the school's curriculum. • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment. • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of individual students. • Work collaboratively with school staff and teaching assistants to ensure smooth transitions between lessons. • Mark work and provide feedback where necessary. • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all students feel supported and motivated to learn, regardless of their abilities or background.
