Role : Housekeeping and Catering Team Leader Days : Monday to Sunday (2 weekends per month) Shift Times : 12pm – 8:30pm (must be available for this shift) & 6am – 2pm Start : ASAP Duration : Around 3 months
About the Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping and Catering Team Leader to oversee our housekeeping and catering teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that our teams deliver a 5-star experience, maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness, comfort, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities: Lead our housekeeping and catering teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, service, and overall experience. Work closely with two other team leaders, collaboratively driving performance and ensuring a seamless operation. Ensure excellent communication and team coordination across shifts, with a focus on maintaining a high-quality environment. Oversee and support the catering team, although prior catering experience is not essential – just a willingness to get involved.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Team Leader in a similar setting. Flexibility to work both shifts is ideal, but availability for the late shift (12pm – 8:30pm) is essential. Strong leadership skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service and a willingness to support various departments. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Right to work in the UK.
