CRM Project Manager

My client, a leading FX payments company, is seeking to hire a hands-on CRM Project Lead to lead the sourcing and delivery of their CRM Solution. The right candidate will have the ability to engage and manage multiple senior stakeholders across different levels of the organisation, and to effect change by bringing them along on the journey.Main duties:• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current CRM delivery needs.• Engage with key stakeholders and business leads from all functions to understand and document detailed requirements.• Develop a clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables.• Research and evaluate potential CRM solutions that align with the business needs.• Facilitate vendor presentations and demonstrations.• Lead the decision-making process to select the best-fit partner/system.• Develop third party integrations• Agree on the implementation process with the chosen provider.• Develop a detailed project plan including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.• Oversee the configuration, customisation, and integration of the new system.• Ensure effective data migration from legacy systems.• Implement user training and support to ensure smooth adoption across the organisation.• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure the project stays on track and within budget• Develop communication, training and release strategiesThe ideal candidate for this position will possess:• Proven experience as a Project Manager with CRM implementation projects.• A strong understanding of CRM and technology.• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time andwithin budget, balanced with the willingness to be hands-on in achieving objectives.Ready for your next destination?
