Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School based in the Denton area of Tameside. This exciting opportunity is to support an Early Years student, helping them thrive in their educational journey. Role: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Early Years) Location: Denton, Tameside Start Date: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to an Early Years student, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Assist the classroom teacher with daily activities, ensuring that every child receives the best possible support. Engage with students through creative play, learning activities, and positive behaviour management. Help track student progress and communicate effectively with the teaching team and parents.Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Previous experience working with Early Years children is highly desirable. A compassionate and patient approach, with a commitment to supporting individual learning needs.
