NEOUS, an award-winning luxury footwear and accessories brand, is seeking a Global Head of Wholesale to drive the growth of our sales channel. This role will be crucial in expanding our wholesale presence globally and building strong relationships with key partners. The ideal candidate is target driven, self-motivated, a great communicator and a proven track record in motivating a team and nurturing a positive team culture. Position Overview: We are seeking a Global Head of Wholesale to drive our international wholesale operations, manage key accounts, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the luxury footwear and accessories industry and a successful track record in wholesale management. Strategy Development and Execution: · Develop and implement comprehensive global wholesale strategies. · Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to enter and expand in these markets. · Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions. Sales and Performance Management: · Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for growth and maximise sales through effective management of key accounts · Regularly visit key customers and business partners to review business and determine new business-building initiatives · Prepare regular reports on sales, market trends, and performance metrics for senior management. · Develop and manage the annual wholesale budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. · Executing all plans according to schedule, fulfilling all targets and budgets, and providing comprehensive performance reports Inspire, manage, and develop the Sales Team and network of Sales Agents, setting clear objectives, KPIs, goals, and strong relations. · Leading showroom appointments during fashion week in New York & Paris · Working closely with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing activations that will drive the growth of our partnerships. Team Leadership and Collaboration: · Lead and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of wholesale activities. Qualifications & Experience · 10+ years of relevant experience as a wholesale manager, with experience in a competitive environment within luxury retail fashion. · Significant international experience working within luxury Sales and ideally within footwear and accessories. · Proven relationships with key industry contacts. · Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills · Strong knowledge of global fashion markets · Flexibility to travel Please send through your application with a cover letter.
